At ReCollector, we value happy and satisfied customers. If this is not the case and you regret your purchase, you may make use of our 14-day return policy. This applies both to change-of-mind purchases and in cases where there is an issue with the product. The right of return applies to purchases made at www.recollectorstore.dk.

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent without home delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery.

As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning items when cancelling a purchase. Parcels lost during return shipping to us will not be compensated. This also means that you cannot receive a full or partial refund if the item is damaged or lost during return shipping.
