Prices

The price indicated at the time of ordering is the applicable price. All prices include 25% VAT and are in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated.

Subject to:

– Currency changes

– Delivery failures

– Typographical errors

– Technical errors, including color discrepancies in sorting boxes

– Out-of-stock items

– Tax changes

– Out-of-stock items and printing errors

– Force majeure, including, for example, illness and deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors

Payment

ReCollector ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. A fee may apply for payments.

Right to Complaint

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. You may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. ReCollector ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
