Shipping policy

Delivery

ReCollector ApS endeavors to ship orders received before 12 p.m. on the same day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day. 

We deliver throughout Denmark. For purchases over DKK 500, ReCollector covers the shipping costs. The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. 

We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Island and Greenland.

Your good will be shipped with GLS. 

Note: if there is no more space at the pick up location, the package will be redirected to the nearest pickup location and you will be informed of this. If you have any problems please contact ReCollector. 

Deliveries are made on all working days of the week. Your goods will be delivered 3-5 working days after ordering.

Confirmation of receipt and order confirmation.

If you order goods from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email as confirmation that we have received your order. This creates a binding purchase contract with us.
