Privacy Policy
We process your personal data with the purpose of delivering the goods to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is done according to the rules outlined in our privacy policy for ReCollector ApS. Here you can read more about how your data is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a data subject.
To make a purchase at ReCollector, you must provide at least:
– Name
– Address
– Email address
– Phone/mobile number
The above data is stored along with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates (see Accounting Act § 10), after which the information is deleted.
We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your data. Data is not shared or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Disclosure in such cases would be in accordance with the applicable privacy laws.
Cookies
By using ReCollector, you agree that we may use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to recognize your computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses. The law and jurisdiction for purchasing goods from ReCollector are subject to Danish law and legislation. Any disputes will be settled by the Danish courts.
Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that we may send you newsletters and other relevant emails to the email address you have provided. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions to the extent necessary. This may be to adapt the Terms and Conditions to changes in legal requirements or other technical parameters. The amended terms can always be found on the Websites. Modified or changed terms will only apply to orders placed after the changes have been made and come into effect, and will then apply to all purchases.
Promotions and Discounted Items
We do not offer a price guarantee on our discounted/promotion items.
