Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day:

  • You receive the order
  • You take physical possession of the last item, in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple shipments
  • You take physical possession of the last batch or last part, in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts
  • You take physical possession of the first item, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period

Notice of withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the date of withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notice must be sent via email to customerservice@ddigroup.com. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without clearly notifying us. Some items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal: Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or that have been personalized, Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery, Contracts concluded at a public auction, Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 

RETURNING ITEMS

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. When returning items, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The processing will be faster if you also fill out and include our Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

 

Please follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Print the return form and fill in the required information.
  2. Place the return form together with the items in the package.
  3. Send the package back to us.

  4. You have a full 14-day return period from the day you receive your order.
  5. Once we receive your return package, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. The amount will be refunded to the card used for the original purchase.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURNING

You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt—of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must try the item without actually using it.


REFUND

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid to us. In the case of a decrease in value, which you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided proof of having returned it.
